Job Description:
Role: L3 Network Engineer (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- SD-WAN & Network Management: Design configure and manage SD-WAN (Viptela Silver Peak) and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN/VPN issues including IPSEC NAT PAT and GRE tunnels.
- Carrier Coordination: Manage WAN links coordinating with internet service providers to resolve link issues.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain network security policies including firewall configurations.
- Documentation: Create and update network architecture high-level/low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents.
- Project Deployment: Lead network migration upgrades and optimization projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP OSPF QoS VLAN TCP/IP) and SD-WAN technologies.
- Hardware Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Cisco routers switches and firewalls.
- Experience: 3 7 years in network support/engineering roles.
- Tools: Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g. ITSM Remedy).
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field.
Certifications: CCNP or CCIE preferred.
