En central rolle i Facility Management

Du refererer til Facility Director og bliver en del af en stærk Facility Management-organisation med både interne og eksterne kolleger. Sammen understøtter vi mere end 1.000 medarbejdere og sikrer at vores faciliteter fungerer i hverdagen og udvikler sig i den rigtige retning.

I rollen får du ansvar for leverandørkontakt kontrakter økonomisk overblik rapportering og koordinering på tværs af FM-området. Du kommer også til at arbejde tæt sammen med blandt andet Manufacturing Procurement EHS Finance og Legal.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Contract management herunder SLAer og KPIer

  • Økonomisk overblik og koordinering af PR/PO på FM-området

  • Indhentning af tilbud og udarbejdelse af projektbeskrivelser

  • Dialog med leverandører og landlords

  • Business cases årshjul og bæredygtighedstiltag

Du bliver samtidig en vigtig sparringspartner for Facility Director og får en central rolle i at skabe overblik fremdrift og sammenhæng på tværs.

Vi forestiller os at du har erfaring fra en lignende rolle hvor du har arbejdet med contract management facility management eller administrativ koordinering i en organisation med mange interessenter.

Det vil være en fordel hvis du:

  • Har erfaring med contract management og koordinering på tværs af stakeholders

  • Arbejder struktureret og er god til at skabe overblik

  • Har erfaring med økonomi tilbud business cases eller præsentationsmateriale

  • Kommunikerer sikkert på både dansk og engelsk

Facility Management Contract Manager (24-month temporary position)

Help shape a workplace that truly works

At AGC Biologics you will join an international company where our work supports the development of therapies for patients around the world. As Facility Management Contract Manager you will play an important role in ensuring that our headquarters in Søborg is a professional welcoming and well-functioning workplace for employees customers and guests.

This is a 24-month temporary position with the possibility of extension ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility collaboration and a broad range of stakeholders.

A key role in Facility Management

You will report to Facility Director Carsten Johansen and become part of a strong Facility Management organization with both internal and external colleagues. Together we support more than 1000 employees and help ensure that our facilities run smoothly while continuing to develop in the right direction.

In this role you will take ownership of supplier contact contracts financial overview reporting and coordination across the FM area. You will also work closely with colleagues in Manufacturing Procurement EHS Finance and Legal.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract management including SLAs and KPIs

  • Financial overview and coordination of PR/PO across FM

  • Collecting quotations and preparing project descriptions

  • Dialogue with suppliers and landlords

  • Business cases annual planning and sustainability initiatives

You will also act as a key sparring partner to the Facility Director and play an important role in creating overview momentum and alignment across the area.

As part of a global company you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from many different backgrounds and we therefore work in both Danish and English.

What will help you succeed

We imagine that you bring experience from a similar role where you have worked with contract management facility management or administrative coordination in an environment with many stakeholders.

It will be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with contract management and cross-functional coordination

  • Work in a structured way and know how to create overview

  • Have experience with finance quotations business cases or presentation material

  • Communicate confidently in both Danish and English

Education is less important than your experience and your way of working. We are especially looking for someone who is service-minded collaborative and able to adapt communication to different stakeholders.
