BlackRock Capital Markets (BCM) is a centralized platform for the firms public capital markets activities. BCM Partners with investment teams to enable performance through high quality sourcing of investment opportunities. It is a holistic comprehensive investment platform that provides solutions across the capital stack. BCM helps to deploy public and private capital in portfolios across the full BlackRock platform. BCM sits within the BlackRock Global Markets and Index Investments business. BlackRock Global Markets and Index Investments (BGM) brings together BlackRocks Index Investments Cash Management Global Trading ETF Markets Capital Markets Securities Lending and Financing & Financial Resource Management businesses. Together we provide clients with superior market access and index investment outcomes.
Role Overview:
BlackRock is seeking a Debt Syndicate Associate in EMEA to be based in London. The individual will have responsibility for becoming proficient in core business functions to manage our capital markets activity across public debt markets. There will be an opportunity to gain a broad skill toolkit through deep understanding of the markets in which BCM operates; management of and communications with key internal stakeholders and external counterparties and issuers; understanding of operational structures and processes with the support to develop efficiencies to such processes. The Associate will report to the EMEA Head of DCM.

Our hybrid work model
