Your impact and responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you are fully focused on generating new business opportunities in the DACH market. You are the first commercial touchpoint: you identify opportunities engage with prospects and open meaningful conversations for our Business Development Managers and Solution Engineers. You play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in one of our most strategically important regions.
Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone email LinkedIn and industry events
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for our Solution Engineers and Business Development Managers
Identify market trends customer needs and developments within the DACH healthcare landscape
Build and maintain a strong pipeline in our CRM system
Job requirements
Your profile
You have strong commercial drive strategic thinking and genuine interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology
You enjoy outreach think commercially and can switch quickly between conversations stakeholders and opportunities
You bring 13 years of experience in sales or another commercial role
You speak and write German and English fluently
You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel Salesforce and Sales Navigator
