- Du gewinnst aktiv Neukund*innen und legst den Grundstein für langfristige Partnerschaften.
- Du analysierst den Bedarf potenzieller Kund*innen und entwickelst daraus passende Lösungsangebote.
- Du baust stabile vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen über den gesamten Verkaufsprozess hinweg auf.
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Ausschreibungen professionell und termingerecht.
- Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen eigenständig und schließt FullServiceLeasingverträge erfolgreich ab.
- Du hältst dich laufend über Branchenentwicklungen auf dem Laufenden und berätst kompetent zu aktuellen Mobilitätsthemen.
- Du bringst innovative Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Akquiseprozesses aktiv mit.
- Du planst deine Außendiensttermine selbstständig und effizient um Kund*innen optimal zu betreuen.
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen und Erfolge im Vertrieb/Außendienst sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Automobilbranche
- Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit potenziellen Kund:innen
- Deine Entscheidungsstärke dein sicheres Auftreten und deine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen in Salesforce
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von 3.00000 brutto pro Monat je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
