As a Security Officer - Driving Patrol in Pleasant Prairie WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols and property checks stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents manage access points and respond to concerns with strong customer service and clear communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors by following site-specific procedures access guidelines and emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting additional support and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies common areas parking areas loading docks stairwells and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor and operate building systems and security-related equipment such as CCTV and access control documenting observations and reporting concerns through required channels.
• Complete detailed activity logs incident reports and shift handoff communication supporting property management and client representatives with security-related information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
