MMQCI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help execute and manage day-to-day marketing activities strengthen our brand presence and support product visibility across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing work including writing updating creating and managing content while balancing creativity with precision in a regulated scientific environment. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with product sales and leadership teams proactively learning our products and markets while helping build and scale the marketing infrastructure that supports MMQCIs continued growth.

Molecular Quality Controls Inc. (MMQCI) designs develops manufactures and
markets unique quality control products used by hospital laboratories to monitor the accuracy of tests for inherited disease pharmacogenetics oncology and infectious diseases. MMQCI has developed technologies to stabilize DNA and RNA for use as quality controls and continues to pursue the discovery of novel techniques useful for the development of new quality control products.
MMQCI is conveniently located in beautiful southern coastal Maine minutes from the Maine Turnpike Portland International Jetport and less than 2 hours from Boston. Close by are fabulous Portland restaurants sandy beaches and a plentiful supply of Maine lobsters! Many terrific outdoor activities are easily accessible including hiking biking kayaking fishing skiing and snowshoeing. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with product sales and leadership teams proactively learning our products and markets while helping build and scale the marketing infrastructure that supports MMQCIs continued growth.
What You Will Get to Do:
- Manage social media content scheduling and performance tracking
- Execute email campaigns including segmentation copywriting and reporting
- Update website content including product pages and resources
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications
- Create and update marketing graphics and product photography for digital print and trade show materials
- Support trade show planning and communications
- Assist with customer relationship and marketing database management for outreach and inbound leads
- Provide marketing support to the Product Marketing Manager across campaigns and projects
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 13 years of marketing experience (life sciences or medical diagnostics a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms CRM).
- Basic design experience a plus (Canva Adobe etc.)
