WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
Maintain IMEx execution discipline across North Americas Operations ensuring clear ownership timelines and followthrough.
Run existing governance and cadence (T2 and T3 forums reviews reporting) so work remains predictable and controlled.
Coordinates interface across NA Operations IMEx ecosystem and with TOPS for cascading to T4
Ensures effective CI loop and Communications across NA Operations
Serve as the single point of coordination across NA Ops for IMEx governance to reduce handoff issues and misalignment.
Support delivery of priority initiatives by reinforcing focus removing blockers and escalating risks early.
Protect quality compliance and supply continuity while balancing speed and decision clarity.
