Senior Workday Integration Consultant (HCM)

Location: Chicago IL Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Duration: LONG term contract opportunity

***Must have solid experience using Workday Studio for integrations and a minimum ov 8 years Workday integration experience.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to support a large enterprise HRIT environment. This is a hands-on role focused on integrating Workday HCM with third-party vendors and supporting critical HR data exchanges.

Candidates must be located in the Chicago area and available to work onsite 3 days per week starting at the beginning of the assignment.

Workday Integration Developer - What Youll Be Doing

Develop and support Workday integrations with third-party vendors such as payroll benefits and financial providers
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio APIs and other integration tools
Manage inbound and outbound data exchanges between Workday and external systems
Support HRIT integration initiatives across the Workday HCM environment
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues perform debugging and support production processes
Work closely with HR IT and vendor teams to ensure smooth data flow and system performance
Develop and maintain documentation around integrations data mapping and processes

Workday Integration Developer - Required Experience

12 years of IT experience
8 years of Workday integration experience
Strong experience in the Workday HCM environment
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday integrations
Experience integrating Workday with third-party vendors (payroll benefits etc.)
Strong understanding of Workday data flows and reporting
Experience troubleshooting and supporting integrations in production environments

Additional Details

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Chicago
Contract through the end of the year
