Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive business in the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through the open market building relationships with connectors and customers and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP cases through open market channels.
Generate leads via brokers connectors builders and referrals.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain product features.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–3 years in HL/LAP or secured loan sales (Freshers with sales interest can also apply).
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Knowledge of Affordable Housing / Prime segment will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field sales and open market sourcing.
