Were looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead healthcare IT service delivery across our hospitals strengthen stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement using ITIL best practices.
Candidate Criteria:
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role (Preferably in a healthcare environment)
Strong understanding of IT service management and delivery processes
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage customer relationships and drive service excellence
Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or relevant field.
The Service Delivery Manager will play a key role in leading and managing IT service delivery across Bon Secours Health System Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service performance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Working with IT teams and management colleagues across all sites the post holder will be responsible for:
Managing and developing customer relationships
Ensuring service levels are established and maintained
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service performance
Leading and managing service delivery teams
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Monitoring and reporting on key service metrics
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
