The Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) team leads the design and delivery of the Universitys Alumni Philanthropy and Community strategies driving our bold ambition to double both alumni engagement and philanthropic participation. With a strong outwardfacing focus DAR actively engages with our dynamic and passionate communities while working collaboratively across all levels of the University to embed alumni and philanthropic engagement into core institutional practice.

About the opportunity

• Lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of UWAs alumni and community engagement programs as a core member of the DAR executive leadership team.
• Drive inclusive scalable engagement initiatives that deepen alumni participation strengthen community partnerships and elevate UWAs global presence.
• Build and lead a highperforming team while working closely with senior leaders volunteers and external partners to deliver measurable impact.

About you

• Proven senior leadership experience delivering complex multichannel engagement or community programs in a large complex organisation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing alumni advancement or community engagement strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability including influence at executive and volunteer governance levels.
• Datainformed decisionmaker with experience using insights to shape strategy and improve performance.
• Collaborative leader with the credibility to work across faculties professional services and external partners.
