Summary of Role:
This position is for aSeniorDevice modeling& characterizationengineerwho will primarily work on the digital/analog/RF compact device model developmentwith a focus on automation and efficiency enhancement and with potential to develop into aproject lead.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Work onspicemodel developmentprojectcovering digital/analog/RFforGFfeature richtechnologiesto meet deadlines whilemaintaininghigh-qualitystandard.
Collaborate within-house ML expertsand central engineering team toenhance modelefficiencyfor digital/analog/RF applications.
Drive best practicesand standardizationindata selectionmodel extraction QA/ validation &circuit benchmarking acrosstechnology platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Device Model Characterization Lab/ PDK/ Device/ Process Integration/ Design Manual/ Test chip Design Layout) to executive PDK/model related projects & resolve PDK/model related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in spice modeling techniques and incorporate them into the development process.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
Activelyparticipatein customer engagement and provide technical support on customers queries on device compact models & help to resolve model related issuesin a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:

Priorrelateddevice or modelexperience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace school projects competitions etc.
Project management skillsi.e.the ability to innovate andexecute onsolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong planning & organizational skills
Experience in SPICE model generation and QA flow
Experience in test structure layout of individual devices and arrays
Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing skills
