What youll build

Are you passionate about agentic AI and want to build systems that make a tangible global impact Join SAPs User Assistance Content Services and Infrastructure (UA CSI) organization to build the intelligent backbone that powers how over 1000 professionals create and deliver documentation at scale.

As an AI Engineer youll own a production AI framework at the heart of SAPs global technical documentation landscape developing AI agents that automate end-to-end content workflows ensure the reliability of systems thousands of colleagues depend on and ultimately improve the help experience for millions of SAP customers.

You will design and build multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph on a cloud-native stack (SAP AI Core Kubernetes) capable of reasoning across knowledge graphs. You will integrate agent tools connecting REST APIs and SAP internal services to embed AI-powered automation into core content workflows. You will own the full development-to-operations lifecycle from architecture to shipping and monitoring production-grade services. You will research and apply advanced AI techniques including RAG agentic planning and knowledge representation to solve unique challenges in technical content creation and delivery.

What you bring

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Agentic AI: Experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar with grounding in RAG retrieval pipelines and knowledge graphs.
• Development: Strong Python skills integrating with LLM APIs and building backend-based microservices.
• Cloud and DevOps: Experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD and operating cloud-native services.

You thrive in distributed international teams with professional English proficiency and bring genuine curiosity quick to embrace new technologies and collaborate openly in an agile environment.
