You will be responsible for:
- Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans key milestones and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet business needs and requirements.
- Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance subsequent corrective and preventive actions by documenting investigating and conducting root cause analysis and successfully implementing corrective actions.
- Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to escalate to management along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.
- Identifies designs and develops potential cost improvement projects.
- Performs material tests.
- Studies the processes to implement improvements.
- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
- Responsible for designing tooling/equipment that meets safety requirements
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and Company regulations policies and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Engineering any specialty.
- Masters in Science is recommendable.
- 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
- Experience in the medical industry preferably.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
- Experiment design
- SPC knowledge Management of statistical procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with PLM systems (Windchill)
- Oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
