What Youll Do:
A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay and that begins with the first point of contact: the reservation. We are looking to you make guests feel welcome even before they leave home. As a reservations clerk youll respond to reservations in a friendly and courteous manner and provide prompt service in responding to guest needs.
Here are a few tasks youll be responsible for daily:
Provide information to guests about the hotel and local happenings.
Obtain all pertinent information to complete reservations.
Answer the telephone and greet prospective guests in a friendly manner.
Where Youve Been:
Were looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Reservations or front desk experience is a plus but not required. Most importantly youre someone with a friendly outgoing personality and are able to communicate with guests in a professional and positive manner at all times.
