Job Summary
IMC is hiring a Recruiter to drive the campus and early-career recruitment for our Hong Kong office. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who wants to take ownership build campus presence across APAC and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment
- Maintain relationships with top universities to enhance the strong presence of IMC HK office
- Plan and execute campus events such as info sessions tech talks and competitions
- Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and graduates (quant research trading engineering)
- Partner with APAC and global campus recruiting teams to align local initiatives
Experienced Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior experienced hiring roles across business units
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
Strategic Support
- Support recruiting projects market research and urgent hiring needs as required
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in campus hiring and/or experienced hiring in finance technology industries
- Strong interest in campus and early-career recruitment in the APAC region
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin communications
- Experience in running campus events or early-career program
