Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead market entry and expansion initiatives in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role focuses on identifying viable business opportunities conducting feasibility and risk assessments building strategic partnerships and establishing compliant local operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of business development experience in DRC strong knowledge of local regulatory and commercial environments and an established professional network. Experience with market entry strategies operational setup licensing and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Key responsibilities include market research and strategy development partnership negotiations operational setup and compliance stakeholder management (including government engagement) and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies

Fluency in French and English is required.
A degree in Business or a related field is mandatory (MBA preferred).
