Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for IT & Technical Roles
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards social media networking) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidates technical skills and qualifications.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates abilities and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics provide regular updates to stakeholders and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 yrs Technical Recruiting Experience
Working onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours: 10am to 5pm.
