What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility lobby areas exterior grounds and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas observe for unusual conditions and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing direction to occupants and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Complete required documentation such as patrol activity notes incident reports and shift logs and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
