1st Lake Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC / AC Technician to join our maintenance team. Were a locally owned and operated apartment management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents and we know that starts with a strong professional maintenance team.

About the Role:
As an AC Technician youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. Youll ensure all HVAC equipment is operating safely and efficiently helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round. You will also perform electrical plumbing and appliance repairs; as well as prepare apartments for new resident move ins.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including compressors coils and thermostats
Perform preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve heating and cooling issues quickly and professionally
Assist with general maintenance duties as needed including electrical plumbing and appliance repairs
Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications

EPA certification to work with refrigerant required; We can assist with testing and certification.
Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license tools and reliable transportation required; We can assist with tools purchase if needed!
Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation
