Temporary Employee Engagement Specialist (13307)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Employee Engagement Specialist to join our this role you will perform prime source verification activities in accordance with company contracts internal policies and applicable regulatory standards. The Employee Engagement Specialist follows established policies and procedures in accordance with company contracts and internal policies to ensure that applicants are properly verified and accurately uploaded into a secured online credentialing database. This position is fully remote.

This position is dependent on contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify position-specific credentialing information using appropriate primary sources.
• Review files for completeness accuracy consistency work history education hospital privileges and references.
• Ensure credentialing files meet Joint Commission standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Upload maintain and update provider and employee data in a secure credentialing database in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Generate and provide reports or data summaries to department staff as needed.
• Communicate regularly with providers provider office staff and internal teams to obtain information and provide status updates.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding the credentialing and verification process.
• Perform additional duties assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior credentialing or verification experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications (Remote Work Competencies)

• Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone email and virtual collaboration tools.
• Detailed-oriented and reliable with a commitment to accuracy confidentiality and quality standards.

Physical Demands

• Frequent use of a computer and ability to file and retrieve written documentation.
• Physical activities may include standing sitting walking lifting carrying reaching handling kneeling crouching and bending
