Job Summary
Ready to lead highimpact civil and maintenance projects that keep communities moving Downer is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager Projects to champion safe highquality project outcomes across our VRMC Hume network.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery using Downers PMO framework
- Drive quality safety and Zero Harm across all project activities
- Oversee planning budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Build strong working relationships with clients subcontractors and internal teams
- Manage project risk schedule resources and subcontract strategies
- Mentor and support project engineers and delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project operations
What youll bring
- Previous experience delivering civil or maintenance projects
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage endtoend project budgets
- Proven capability in project governance PMO processes and contract management
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships
- Strong leadership communication and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong understanding of quality & safety systems
