Qualifications
2 years of experience in senior living sales admissions or marketing leadership
Experience in Active Adult Independent Living Assisted Living or Memory Care communities preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals
Knowledge of senior living market dynamics and referral development strategies
Strong communication relationship-building organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Lead and execute community sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals physicians and community partners
Conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families
Track and manage leads inquiries and conversion metrics through the CRM system
Collaborate with the Executive Director and regional leadership on occupancy and revenue goals
