Summary: Hacienda Del Sol Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook Line Supervisor to join our team in Tucson AZ. The Cook Line Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing Line Cook operations ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires a passion for culinary arts strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation meet resort standards.
- Train mentor and support culinary staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with chefs and management to plan menus and special events.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Assist in managing kitchen schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Handle any guest concerns related to food and service promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a culinary or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Food Handlers certification or relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
