Job Summary

Peak Financial Freedom Group is a fast growing financial planning firm in Roseville CA. The co-founders of the company have over 50 years of experience in the financial industry are Amazon best-selling authors hosts of their own radio show and hosts of their own television show heard/seen every week. Peak works closely with retirees and pre-retirees in the community to develop and design personal written comprehensive retirement income plans that protect and grow the clients assets to create dependable income and avoid unnecessary risks. Peak is looking for individuals who are driven committed and have a great work ethic. Due to the growth of our company the possibility for advancement will be available to those who show dedication and excel at their position.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone screening calls and transferring calls appropriately
  • Conducting business in a service orientated manner that is attentive respectful friendly and kind when serving clients and colleagues
  • Maintaining relationships with clients prospects vendors venues and other business partners
  • Running office errands ordering office supplies and kitchen inventory
  • Supporting the Servicing/Processing Department and Marketing Department with clerical errands and tasks such as but not limited to preparing for monthly large business events quarterly client events and handling of sensitive client material
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments for prospects and clients promptly entering sensitive client information and data into database
  • Greeting clients offering a beverage upon arrival preparing cookies for appointments
  • Cleaning up and maintaining conference rooms for client meetings maintaining kitchen and copy room
  • 40 wpm certification

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required college education preferred
  • Knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Outlook Excel and Office
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
