Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager who will:

Lead one or multiple mediumtolarge highcomplexity projects or manage a major function within a larger program delivering endtoend outcomes.
Create or review project initiation documents define delivery approaches establish success criteria and support internal program governance and reviews.
Deliver projects within agreed budget scope and timelinesmanaging risks and issues ensuring quality standards applying appropriate delivery methodologies facilitating workshops and meetings gathering requirements producing or supporting documentation resolving team conflicts and coordinating integrations and dependencies.
Remain closely engaged with technical details and delivery including the gathering and management of functional requirements.
Develop and execute communication plans lead key meetings and forums set up project infrastructure for information sharing and engage senior stakeholdersboth internal and external.
Develop or contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts track financial performance and proactively manage issues and changes in alignment with the account lead.
Contribute to delivery practice improvements and broader CSG initiatives while mentoring and collaborating with less experienced project managers.

We are looking for candidates with:

A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
10 years of project management experience within reputable consulting or professional services organizations.
PMP Agile Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in IT Telecommunications or wholesale/reseller business environments Banking.
Strong understanding of customer needs industry dynamics and the impact of business or market changesalong with deep knowledge of the clients industry.
Ability to anticipate client needs and provide strategic guidance or consultancy when required.
Proven capability to manage project plans and implementation activities concurrently.
Advanced project management skills to plan monitor and track delivery against defined KPIs.
Highly developed analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify assess and resolve complex issues.
