Lead Network Security Consultant

• Lead the design implementation and management of network and security solutions for enterprise environments ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as the technical lead for a team of network engineers providing guidance mentoring and oversight on project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive network and security assessments identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps and develop robust remediation strategies.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs provide expert advisory services and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise technical documentation including network diagrams assessment reports and executive-level presentations.
• Deploy configure and troubleshoot a wide range of network security appliances and tools such as firewalls (Palo Alto Fortinet Cisco) WAFs and VPNs.
• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements such as NCA ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Work independently on complex technical challenges demonstrating a systematic approach to problem-solving and debugging.
• Support the continuous improvement of Oivans cybersecurity service offerings and methodologies.

• Experience:9 years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering or consulting.
• Leadership:Proven experience in a technical leadership role with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers on complex projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP routing switching) and security architecture (network segmentation DMZ).
  • Hands-on experience with leading security technologies including firewalls (e.g. Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco ASA) WAFs (e.g. F5 Imperva) and IDS/IPS systems.
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as NCA ECC ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Customer Skills:Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
• Independence:Ability to work independently manage priorities and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable such as CISSP CISM CCNP Security or vendor-specific credentials (e.g. Fortinet NSE Palo Alto PCNSE).
