Role Focus:

On enhancing digital integration within the supply chain by supporting both operational issue resolution and strategic automation initiatives. It is responsible for investigating and diagnosing data system and interface issues while ensuring timely ticket resolution through close coordination with IT BI Data Lake Interface and MDM teams. The role also supports the automation of audit checks for every SP run and month-end cycle ensuring that alerts are triggered to the Supply Chain IT and Data Lake teams whenever discrepancies are detected. A key component of the role is to design and implement automation and AI/ML solutions either independently or in collaboration with IT to improve day-to-day supply chain activities and drive continuous digital innovation.

What your role will be

• Design and implement automation solutions or collaborate with IT teams to develop AI/ML

use cases that enhance supply chain performance.

• Support the automation of audit checks for every SP run and month-end cycle and trigger

alerts when discrepancies are detected.

• Support root-cause analysis for PLAN Comind tickets related to IT BI Data Lake Interfaces

and Master Data Management (MDM).

• Collaborate with Data Lake Interface IT BI and MDM teams to track progress and ensure

timely resolution of tickets.

• Support the prioritization of Comind tickets based on business impact urgency and

operational dependencies.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ticket handling efficiency and optimize workload management.

Key Position Requirements:

- Education: Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering Supply Chain or a related technical field.

- Location: Seawoods Navi Mumbai

- Employment Type: 12 months on contract with Ansell

• Job Experience:
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in: Data engineering and data modeling
• Automation and optimization
• ML solutions
• Agentic AI and AI-driven automation
• Prior experience in supply chain analytics or digital transformation is a plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional technical environments.
• Strong understanding of data lake architectures ETL pipelines and BI system integration.
• Knowledge Skills and Competencies: Programming Languages: SQL DAX Python PySpark
• Platforms & Tools: Azure Databricks PBI Microsoft Fabric
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive structured and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
