Werelooking for a passionate leader to join our team in Rockhampton asa Foster & Kinship Care this role youll guide adedicated team to deliver high-quality support to carers throughrecruitment assessment and ongoing monitoring of ensure children are placed in a safe nurturing environmentsand that all care standards and licensing requirements are role also includes participation in a rotational on-callroster to support carers when they need it themost.

Whatwill a typical day look like

Manager a team delivering high-quality carer recruitment assessment and support.
Ensure childrens placements meet licensing standards and provide safe nurturing environments.
Build strong relationships with partners to support collaborative service delivery.
Mentor staff in trauma-informed care child development and service agreement outcomes.

MandatoryRequirements:

A bachelors degree in social work human services or behavioural science or psychology (or related discipline) and 3 years experience leading a team in a similar role.
