About the Role
Togetherwork is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to own and elevate the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function. This is a newly created role designed to bring structure accountability and system rigor to a fast-growing SaaS organization.
This position will serve as the primary owner of Greenhouse and recruiting workflow governance while also supporting technical sourcing and hard-to-fill searches.
This is not a traditional coordinator role. This role requires systems ownership process enforcement and the confidence to partner directly with hiring leaders.
