As a senior recruiter you are responsible for expanding our client pipeline through custom searches on LinkedIn that match the job requirements. Youll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates for our hire lead to interview and submit to our clients.
This position involves creative and analytical outreach in finding the right candidates to target for our recruiting campaign. If the target is a good fit the recruiter will schedule an interview with our lead technical recruiter to begin the screening process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute recruiting campaigns on behalf of our clients with the SaaS Talent hyper-targeting process as well as A/B test different ideas to improve the process.
- Data - aggressively target potential candidates on LinkedIn using our hyper-targeting process and tools.
- Messaging - use refine and improve upon SaaS Talent messaging thats used to find talent for our clients.
- Outreach - target potential candidates that match the job requirements for recruiting campaigns using LinkedIn and email.
- Coordination - Sending and coordinating qualified candidates to our Hire leades for them to screen.
- Document and Track your Progress Weekly - using applications like Hubspot Saleshandy Google Drive Google Docs Google Sheets and Slack.
Qualifications :
- 4-7 years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background.
- English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
- Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries.
- Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates and leverage other tools on LinkedIn.
- Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly with speed.
- You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn grow and excel in your role.
- Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
