At Harlands we learn we achieve we have fun everyone matters.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced classroom practitioner to join our staff team as Individual Needs Assistant. This is a fixed term post to promote the care and education of children across Key Stage One with a key focus on supporting pupils with individual needs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries. Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of managing individual needs.

The working pattern will be five mornings each week from 8.40 a.m. to midday term time only. There may also be the possibility of additional hours on a claims basis.
