As a Working Student (all genders) in the Revenue Operations Team you are a central part of our Commercial division. You will collaborate on exciting cross-functional projects and help build a strong operational and data-driven foundation for our various sales teams.

What to expect

• Commercial Analytics: You analyze key commercial KPIs and identify data-driven insights using tools such as Excel Salesforce Airtable or Metabase.

• Tooling: Dive into various commercial tools from CRM systems like Salesforce to outreach and new AI tools and help evaluate optimize and shape how our teams work with them.

• Sales Operations: You support cross-functional tasks such as preparing internal presentations or building and executing sales campaigns working closely with Sales and Business Development.

• Project Planning: You contribute to the planning and implementation of internal projects ranging from strategic business planning topics for investors to operational initiatives in the lead generation space.

Inspire us by

• Your Background: You are an enrolled student in Business Business Analytics or a related field with an interest in process optimization and strategic project planning.

• Your Experience: Initial hands-on experience in startups consulting or other dynamic environments is an advantage.

• Analytical Mindset: You stand out through a strong analytical way of thinking and a high attention to detail. You enjoy diving deep into datasets and deriving precise and reliable insights.

• Tools: Ideally you have already worked with a CRM system preferably Salesforce.

• Language Skills: You have excellent English language skills German is a plus but not a must.
