作为 QPG 测试工程师你将依据 NPI / CPI 项目要求GB 国家标准CAT 测试流程及 ISO 标准要求开展验证测试工作

主要职责包括但不限于测试仪器搭建测试执行与数据采集数据整理与分析测试结果汇报提出必要的改进建议并支持测试仪器及测试场地的开发与管理

岗位职责Responsibilities

• 根据测试计划和测试流程要求负责电动化及自动化相关机器的验证测试包括测试仪器搭建测试执行与数据采集数据整理与分析测试结果输出以及必要的改进建议
• 负责测试流程的开发更新与管理
• 负责测试数据及测试报告的管理并确保其符合相关合规性和标准要求
• 支持测试场地的开发维护与管理
• 解决设计或制造相关问题确保设计验证通过并支持制造准备就绪
• 参与新技术和新流程的引入与应用如自动化机器人计算机辅助制造软件等以提升效率降低成本并改善产品质量
• 规划并持续改进测试流程和测试运营方式使测试更加可靠高效且具成本效益
• 监控测试结果以及整机和流程能力性能和可靠性表现
• 要求具备电气工程及其自动化相关专业背景

Role Definition

• As a QPG test engineer your key role and responsibility will follow NPI CPI program requirement and GB standard CAT test procedure ISO standard requirements to conduct validation test including test instruments setup test execution and data acquirement data reduction and analysis reporting out test result necessary improvement comments and support test instruments and test ground development and management.
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrification and automation related machine validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements including test instruments setup test execution and data acquirement data reduction and analysis reporting out test results necessary improvement comments
• Responsible for test procedure development update and management.
• Responsible for test data and test report management and make sure it compliance.
• Support test ground development maintenance and management Responsibilities
• Resolving issues regarding design or manufacturing. Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation robotics computer aided manufacturing software etc.) to achieve greater efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Planning and improving testing procedures and operations to make the test more reliable efficient and cost effective.
• Monitoring results machine and process capabilities and performance reliability.
• Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation
