Description

As a Machine Operator - Level 2 here at Honeywell you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality aerospace products. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Anniston AL location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the production line by ensuring that machinery operates smoothly meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Business Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - 4X10 (Monday - Thursday)

Applicant must pass a military background check from the Anniston Army Depot



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operation or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
  • Experience with quality control and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with welding press operation and laser cutting.

WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
