What youll do:
- Lead two Associate Directors to manage a team of video producers to develop and execute creative concepts for stories sermon series events and other church projects
- Work with our Video Project Manager to approve prioritize organize and ensure completion of Lakepointe video requests
- Serve as a collaborative member of the Creative Experience lead team to ensure video is being consistently and creatively executed in our weekend gatherings
- Work closely with the Communications department to produce LP News on a weekly basis as well as video advertisements as needed
- Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders to ensure design and branding consistency across all church videos
- Oversee and manage the video production budget
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and incorporate them into church branding and communication materials
- Manage relationships with outside vendors contractors and freelancers as needed
Skills & Experience youve had:
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in video preferably in a church or non-profit setting
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
