Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage your own territory building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct on-farm visits to assess crop conditions understand producer needs and recommend the right combination of seed fertilizer and crop protection products.
  • Provide agronomic expertise and guidance helping growers implement precision ag solutions and sustainable practices to improve results.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by offering high-quality products and trusted advice that drives profitability for both your customers and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction timely delivery and seamless service.
  • Stay current with ag industry trends new technologies and product innovations to bring cutting-edge solutions to your customers.

Qualifications :

What You Bring to the Table

  • A degree in Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the agriculture industrysales or agronomy background a strong plus.
  • A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
  • A go-getter attitude with strong self-motivation and a desire to grow both professionally and financially.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools to track activity and analyze customer data.
  • A passion for agriculture continuous learning and delivering exceptional service.

Base Salary: $80000 Commission (uncapped earning potential)
