We are seeking 2 Anesthesiologists to support the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home TN.

LOCATION: James H. Quillen VA Medical Center Corner Lamont & Veterans Way Mountain Home TN 37684
START DATE and DURATION:
- Anticipated start 05/01/2026 through 3/31/2027 with extensions possible (understanding that start date may shift due to credentialing security notice to your current employer if applicable etc.)
- Note: the duration is a contract between the Government and us. Like any other job if life means you must leave you just give us 60-day notice. We do not have a non-compete clause.
COMPENSATION
(All rates listed are 1099 all-inclusive)
- M-F regular hours: $420/hour
- Weekday Call (from home):$50/hour
- Weekend/Holiday Call (from home): $75/hour
- Call-Back:$475/hour
- Professional Liability Coverage:Med Malpractice Tail provided.
SCHEDULE
- VA Business hours:MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.
- OR Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Weekday call: 5:30 PM 7:00 AM.
- Weekend call: Saturday Sunday 24-hour daily coverage from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday.
- Holiday call: is from 7:00 AM on the Holiday to 7:00 AM the following day
SCHEDULE NOTES:
- On-Call must be available within 15 min by phone & on-site within 30 min
- May not work at another facility during on-call shifts (concurrent call is not acceptable)
NUANCES ABOUT THIS VA CONTRACT:
- This is an open Government solicitation (viewable on ) so you may see ads for these positions.
- Proposals are due to the Government on March 17th with an award soon after that.
- Interested and qualified Anesthesiologists must be submitted with our proposals.
- With dozens of Anesthesia contracts at VA Medical Centers nationwide Wander Staffing has an extremely high probability of being awarded this contract as well.
