Essential Responsibility and Function:
As a Technician (Warehouse/Supply Chain Department) you will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct regular inspection preventive maintenance and repair of commissary and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work repairs and parts used.
- Ensure all machines operate in optimal condition to support daily production requirements.
- Monitor and maintain electrical plumbing and refrigeration systems within the commissary.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards for all utilities and facilities.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and document completed activities.
- Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report potential hazards or risks.
- Support adherence to company policies DOLE standards and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Production and Quality Assurance teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
- Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers for specialized repairs when required.
- Provide technical assistance during equipment testing upgrades or facility improvements.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
Must have:
- Bachelorss degree or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
