Job Summary

NEP Group is seeking a commercially sharp transformation-focused Commercial Finance Director to lead global value-creation initiatives across a complex multi-territory business

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with no month-end responsibility focused on driving growth improving ROCE strengthening commercial rigour and enabling smarter investment decisions at Group level

Vauxhall London (Hybrid 2 days per week international travel)

What youll do:

Lead the finance agenda for a global transformation programme improving KPI visibility automation and data systemisation
Own global investment appraisals and capital allocation governance partnering with regional teams to coordinate bid submissions with tracking to improve capital allocation decisions
Drive commercial excellence across bids and pricing through robust modelling and scenario analysis
Lead ROCE-focused business performance reviews with regional leaders
Shape global business cases for strategic initiatives new products and market entry
Support rollout of workforce planning tools and scalable performance frameworks
Act as a trusted partner to Group Strategy regional GMs and executive sponsors

Senior commercial finance leadership experience in a complex international multi-entity environment
Strong track record in business transformation and value creation delivery
Deep expertise in commercial modelling pricing business casing and investment appraisal
Experience influencing executive stakeholders across geographies
A structured commercially sharp problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments
