Compensation
Gross Annual Salary: 770000 ALL
Variable Annual Bonus: 100000 ALL

Join a growing international company working with solar energy systems. As a Back Office Asset Operations Specialist you will remotely review and ensure the technical and documentation quality of photovoltaic (PV) installations during the refinancing process.
This role is ideal for engineering graduates or candidates starting a technical career.
What Youll Do
Review asset and customer documentation for refinancing processes
Evaluate technical quality of PV system installations remotely
Ensure projects meet technical and compliance standards
Maintain accurate quality reports and documentation
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields
Fluent English required (German is a plus)
Basic computer skills
