About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to play an active role in supporting our HR team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute directly to ongoing projects and operational tasks making a genuine impact on our goals. This role is perfect for a self-starter eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
International Assignment Management:
- Contract Preparation: Draft review and finalize expat employment contracts.
- Checklist Development & Management: Create maintain and manage comprehensive inbound and outbound checklists for international assignees covering pre-assignment during assignment and repatriation phases (e.g. visa/immigration relocation housing benefits tax payroll cultural training).
- Document Compilation: Compile organize and submit all necessary documentation for visa applications work permits and other expat-related requirements ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Ad-Hoc: i.e. Reporting: Prepare and present various reports related to international assignments operational metrics and project progress to management.
Operational Improvement & Documentation:
- Process Improvement: Identify analyze and propose improvements to existing operational processes within international assignments and other relevant HR/operations functions.
- Work Instruction Updates: Collaborate with stakeholders to update and create clear concise work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international assignment processes ensuring they reflect current best practices and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Human Resource or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information :
Preferably 6 months of internship.
Start in April or earlier.
