Hybrid: This position requires being on-site 3 times per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for customer requests across Peru.
- Analyze update and monitor quality issues related to the Buses & Trucks portfolio.
- Plan and execute aftersales programs including Maintenance Cadence Plans Kaizen Ecodrive Readiness Customer School training plan progress indicators and training provider management.
- Coordinate with internal GM and Isuzu teams to resolve product quality-related concerns.
- Actively participate in service and quality committees involving product issues (CPIP Sentinel Dealer Warranty Committee).
- Coordinate the execution and documentation of technical competitions (national and I1-GP).
- Prepare and communicate service-related information and bulletins in alignment with GM and Isuzu technical areas.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Degree in Mechanical Industrial Electronic Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in similar positions within the automotive industry.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialization in maintenance.
- Experience supporting dealership networks.
- Previous involvement in aftersales training programs or technical service coordination.
