Requirements:

La Section de common law recherche des candidats qui sont des leaders au sein de la profession juridique. Un diplôme de LL.B. un J.D. ou léquivalent est requis pour ce poste. Ladhésion en règle au Barreau de lOntario (ou léquivalent) est également exigée. Le candidat retenu possédera des connaissances pratiques approfondies en droit de la famille et en matière de violence familiale. Une expérience préalable en enseignement sera considérée comme un atout.
