Employees are crucial to the success of a transaction. At the same time they are often the most elusive factor within anorganisation especially in times of change. We support our clients in deals and transformation projects from strategy to execution.

What you will be doing

As an associate for People in Deals & Transformations you will be part of an enthusiasticopenand ambitious team in ourWorkforcepractice. You will work onPeople related topicsand issues in deals and/or transformation contexts with your Dutch and international colleagues. You will often be involved in (international) multi-competence projects at an early stage working with a teamspecialisingin all people-related aspects including employment lawremunerationand compensationorganisationaldesign pensions HR data & analytics and HRtechnology. You will be involved in mergers takeovers carve-outsreorganisationsand restructurings.

• Your work will be diverse covering both advisory and implementation activities and will allow you to further develop your skills as a People in Deals consultant.

• You should have a strong interest in the human side oforganisationsundergoing change as well as thefinancial impactof these changes.

• You are expected to be proficient inanalysingfinancial data.

• You should be motivated by a work environment with a steep learning curve that supports continuous personal development.

• You must be adaptable comfortable in changing situations and eager to work as part of a team.

The People in Deals team is based in the Amsterdam office but you have the possibility to work out of other offices as well (e.g. Rotterdam) and to work remote part of the addition you may be asked to undertake part of a project at the clients location often in the Netherlands and sometimes abroad.

Does this describe you

• You have a Master university degree in Business Economics or Econometrics or a Social Study degree but with a proven affinity in data analytics and/or finance;

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically;

• You have excellent English communicationskillsand a good command of the Dutch language is preferred;

• Youare capable of developinginnovative services and enjoy the challenge of working in an international environment;

• You are proactive results-oriented and taking initiative comes naturally in every environment;

• You are a team player energetic customer-focused and find it easy to build relationships;

• You like to immerse yourself in complex multidisciplinary projects;

• You are flexible and can quickly switch between different assignments and disciplines.
