Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager:
Lead inspire and motivate a team of front desk agents bell staff AYS.
Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Manage check-in/check-out procedures reservations and room assignments.
Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to promptly address guest needs and concerns.
Train and develop front office staff to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold our Opal brand standards.
Implement effective front office procedures and policies.
Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any issues.
Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
Manage and maintain the propertys front office budget.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals expectations and provide performance feedback.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong aptitude for attaining Guest Satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while taking ownership of actions
Previous experience in a Guest Service management role preferably in a resort setting
Previous experience in resort Front Office Management
Experience in Opera a plus
Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and Holidays
Pay Rate: $50000 per year.
