Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager:

  • Lead inspire and motivate a team of front desk agents bell staff AYS.

  • Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures reservations and room assignments.

  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to promptly address guest needs and concerns.

  • Train and develop front office staff to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold our Opal brand standards.

  • Implement effective front office procedures and policies.

  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any issues.

  • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.

  • Manage and maintain the propertys front office budget.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals expectations and provide performance feedback.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong aptitude for attaining Guest Satisfaction

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while taking ownership of actions

  • Previous experience in a Guest Service management role preferably in a resort setting

  • Previous experience in resort Front Office Management

  • Experience in Opera a plus

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and Holidays

Pay Rate: $50000 per year.

The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications motor vehicle and criminal background checks.
