Responsibilities
- Thoroughly inspect guests vehicles and provide recommendations to Advisor along with price estimates
- Ability to efficiently complete basic maintenance items on customer vehicles including 4-wheel alignment and use of an on-car brake lathe
- Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
- Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License with clean motor vehiclerecord
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- ASE certification is ideal
