Concierge Security Officer Full Time Dubuque IA
Wage:$18.36/HR
Schedule:
- Mon - Fri:. shift starts at 6:30AM lasting for 6 - 10 hours
- Occasional Sat: 8AM - 1PM
- Schedule will be changing to 12 hour shifts in May

What You Can Expect:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed report writing.
- Front desk duties in a corporate office.
- Lengthy foot patrols required that includes stairs.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Must be friendly and professional.
