Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes.
Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Process Engineers role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepare justification purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
- Oversee new process equipment production.
- Establish robust repeatable and reproducible process parameters (SMT PTH Conformal Process).
- Trouble shoot process related issues.
- Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
- Evaluate and select semi automate and automate machines to improve the process.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Implement safety productivity and yield improvements.
- Experience int attention in audits.
- Experience with Customer Service and countermeasures and analysis of customer complaints.
- Experience in Electronic PCBA Industry.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Review processing methods.
- Experience working with teams.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
- Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
- Lead cost improvement/reduction programs.
